Why did you start JVDS?
JVDS was started to offer complete VDS/VPS solutions to anyone who required it. Using both FreeBSD and Linux along with our customization options, we believe that we are the only company that offers some of the best value-for-money products in the market today.
Where are you going? We intend to be here for a long time and will continue to build and explore the possibilties of new services and options.

Can I install IRC?
JVDS does not allow the hosting of IRC, IRC Bots, or eggdrops on our network. Servers found hosting this material will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. This includes, but is not limited to Servers, Hubs, Routers, Services, Bots, Eggdrop Bots and Bouncers free BNC.

NO IRC

When disconnected, the user cannot leave running processes in the system (no daemon, no detached programs). Only SSH connections are allowed to the system. You must change your password every 30 days. If the password has not been changed after this period, the account will be automatically blocked. Only one session at a time per use is allowed. After an inactivity timeout, all idle session are automatically closed. We reserve the right to refuse your application if we believe some of the information is fraudulent. You must supply all the information requested otherwise we will not issue you a free shell."
