-Users with free shell account (i.e haven't donated)
-Must visit our IRC channel at least once every 168 hours. (1 Week)
-And Say in channel !keep <username>
-If users dont say !keep we assume they don't wan't their free shell and it will be deleted! DON'T FORGET!
